  • cloggers better cloggers better Hey, friends,
    What's new, everybody?
    Doyle and I went downtown to for our town's monthly "Friday on the
    Square," to eat supper and so I could shoot some photos for Sunday's
    paper. It's my turn to be "editor of the weekend," and I needed some
    photos. During Friday on the Square, lots of the downtown stores stay open late, and local musicians and artists show off their talents around the historic downtown. Here's a taste of tonight's Friday on the Square:

  • That looks like fun!

  • Looks like multi-generations of hippies. Why are artists so often visibly different?

  • That is a truly complete and descriptive set of photos. Just looking at them makes me feel the atmosphere of the occasion! And Amos thinks he got high in the 60s with several of those guys.

  • I have SEEN that guy with the long white beard and hair....must have been at some festival or other. Your Friday night sounds like such fun! I love the cloggers....don't they have the most energy?

  • Every time you show pictures of a downtown event, I always wonder if your community is totally homogenous. It's just so unlike community photos from home.

  • What an eclectic group of faces!  If all these shots made the newspaper, I am sure your readership was well entertained.

  • LIFE IS IN THE STREET . YOU HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE TO GET SUCH SHOWS , CELIA ;
    YOUR PHOTOS ARE GORGEOUS AND I AM SURE YOU HAVE TO WRITE ABOUT ;

    Love

  • Thank you for you nice comment. Hey, are those cloggers I see? My grandaughter and I use to take clogging lessons together in Reno. It was such fun and good exercise for the body and the brain.  God bless!
